zumo just died

My zumo has just died the screen has gone blank and I have tried the usual things ie power etc.I have changed the battery from my mates zumo and there is still no power so any suggestions.

Mine did same had to send to garmin
But cos i got it off flebay not an official garmin dealer it cost me £175

I've seen a thread somewhere (might not be on here) that said something about pressing the "on" and "+" buttons together to reset. Or, and several owners said this was succesful, take the battery out for 30 seconds.

I brought it back to the dealer yesterday and he gave me a new unit he said it is quite common for this to happen and they have replaced about ten units all ready this year.
