Zumo POI's

This may seem a silly questin but I have never had a Sat Nav before (and never been on a long trip alone) and i am looking to buy a Zumo for a trip abroad and have a question about point of interest:
Does it have the ability to tell you how far the nearest petrol station is? i am travelling on my own from Reading to central Germany in one day and I am a bit worried about running out of petrol and being stranded.

dont know if this particular one does, but i'd be very surprised if it didn't... even the cheapest sat nav systems have that feature. they'll also tell you how far to hospitals, police stations, train stations, shops takeaways etc...

If you tell it how many miles you get to the tank, it will keep a check, and alert you when you need to refuel, all you do is tap the screen and it tells you where the nearest petrol stations are. Very easy.

Even better than i hoped then!! Cheers, i will be scouring the web this evening looking for the best deals - so hopfully I can get it fitted, wired and tested over next weekend, ready for the trip the following weekend.

It will sort any of the POI's in order of nearest to present location. This includes fuel, but also lodging which is very useful when touring, it also gives you the phone number of the hotels
