On the basis that the sun is out, I am filled with enthusiasm for the idea of dusting the cobwebs off a bike and taking in some of the roads around here ...

I was in Basel today and it was lovely, sunny and warm. Birds tweeting and the girls had shed a few layers - unfortunatly it ain't going to last till the weekend - suggest you fill yer boots while it stays fine.

I'm always looking for playmates if anyone fancies a springtime bimble - I'm in Besancon - just across the Jura.

I'm just north of Nyon in the hills. Work is a bit manic at the moment but I'm around on the weekend of the 17-18th. Happy to meet somewhere - it's been a while since I had a greasy rosti at the fromagerie in Gruyère - and I don't mind a few miles.
