Just put a quick news flash on my site, TomTom are getting ready to launch Rider 2. No info available as off yet, but they mistakenly put a flash animation on their site, and took it off quickly after that.

So get ready for Rider 2....
 
To be honest, I doubt I would have bought ANY Tom Tom GPS, after reading the reports of the (lack of) customer after sales service I've read on this and other forums.
 
Well, I hope they learnt a thing or two with the first Rider, and now they have real competition with the Zumo, so pricing will have to be pretty good.

Hello

You are currently launching a tomtom rider 2 with a new mounting solution. Could you tell me if you will offering the mounting solution to existing owners who have had countless cradle charging problems like myself. Despite having a second cradle the unit bounces on and off the cradle causing it not to charge properly.. Please could you forward this to the customer services director.
