Anyone help with speaker for tomtom rider?

would like sound in the car via the bluetooth link to a speaker not a headset, we have a bluetooth car kit but that will not link, any ideas chaps?
also, more strangely, i would like the same in a small package on the bike, just for camera alerts, any waterproof'ish small bluetooth speakers (12v) or have i just dreamt up a product only i may want

Regarding the car situation, I use a Motorola T305 speaker which works quite well. Initially I had problems, but I think that was because I was trying to pair it to the Rider whilst the TomTom Rider Bluetooth headphone was still paired.

Can't help with small waterproof speakers for the bike, as I connect through my Baehr intercom.
