The point being that a business is only as good as the people working there are encouraged/allowed to be helpful, and go that extra mile for customers!

A big thank you to GSRich for helping me out with follow up work on my autocom kit and just being such a wonderful person and an all round good sport

I've met richard a couple of times at different shows and he always goes beyond the normal customer service

Finally fitted my active 7 yesterday in time for hols and have to say the guys there are so very helpful.

If it was you i spoke to Rich, when i phoned 2x to confirm cut the green black wire thanks.
And before any of you tossers start yes it is the grn/blk wire
