ok got to ask do any of you know away of getting the front end from a 1150gs and putting it on to a 1100 gs has it been done and if not why not

i cant aford a 1150 yet so trying to get a already good bike looking the part as well

Its been done a few times before, Jason, try using the search button

But why? The Immeasurably supirior 1100 is moving towards being a classic. Why change the the original to be a poor copy of the poorer, later machine?

very true about the classic 1100 its just i keep watching the long way round i cant help notice how good looking the 1150gsa looks just one of those things that go around in your head (i wonder if that would fit)

think i might just go ahead and colour code my panner lids to the bike and leave it like that
