Just to post a note that for my Estonia trip recently I used Baltic Country Holidays to book Scandlines ferry services from Karlshalm, Sweden to Ventspils, Latvia and then on return from Ventspils to Rostock, Germany.
I had some problems booking with the line direct, in the end found an excellent service from this agent
