a mac and V9, what are my options?

i have a mac and seemingly no access to a PC i really want to get a large memory card (2gb) and upgrade my V8 (zero cylinders) garmin 2610 to V9.

what options do i have? is there somewhere i can take it?

will i have all the possible map area on mine when i do get it done?

any help much appreciated

Download Bootcamp for free from the Apple site. Get yourself a full copy of Vista or XP.

Sorted.

Parallels is also an option (I've got both), but costs money and is periodically flaky with the Garmin USB.

V9 won't quite fit on a 2Gb card. Others have reported success with a 4Gb. I just deleted Sardinia, or was it Corsica - can't remember.

Both Boot Camp and Parallels say that they need an Intel-based Mac as minimum hardware. Has anyone installed either of these programs on a Power-PC? Does it work?
