I rang up today to see if they could fit some cylinder guards for me and give the bike a final look-over before it goes out of warranty .. and they were very very helpful, friendly and accommodating. I think I know where im bringing the GS for its next service :beerjug:

Bob, in order to be able to use the PM facility you need to be a site sponsor. Only £12 per annum which is very good value.

Update:

Brian ordered my new Touratech cylinder guards and fitted them last Friday. I have to say that I was most impressed by his friendly service (not ony did he gave my bike the 'once over' as he fitted the guards, I even got a cuppa and a bit of craic!). Brian is going to get me some crashbars next month and will be servicing the bike from here on in

...and, oh yes .. he is very easy to pay :clap

We are offering free collection for bikes less than 20 miles from our workshop until the end of January 2008. Any further will be charged at a reduced rate. (Minimum spend £100)

As much as I would like a little run to Germany, I think it might be just outside the 20 mile free collection zone, but if you wouldn't mind paying the extra mileage, just let me know where & when.

Just a quick note to add to the comments on here already. Just had my 24k service and gearbox oil seal replaced under waranty (warranty works) by Mototech.

I left the bike off and Brian dealt with the warranty people and got the work authorised etc, keeping me informed of the progress throughout. Got the bike sorted and even took some pics of the work so that i could see what had been involved

A top guy and really knows his stuff, the after sales has been top class as well with delivery of the bike back to the house so i didnt even have to go out in the cold!

Top class service and easy to pay as well, i really couldnt recommend him enough and i will definitely be back when my next service is due.

Will post pics of the work when i get a chance,

Had the wifes bike serviced (650gs) a couple of weeks ago and Brian did a quick check over of my 1150gsa the sat before xmas great service (tea mince pies) wot more do you want, you dont get that at C/H.( I'll BE BACK)
