Garmin Webupdater

I've tried downloading this programme a couple of times now, I forget why I didn't use it each time!

Anyway, once downloaded my PC then doesn't recognise either of my Quest's, is this an issue with the PC or the programme?

Also, is it actually worth using it? Or am I just as well downlaoding any updates I want manually?

My PC never seems to find any updates, and can't usually connect to the update server.

I just do it manually - someone usually posts on here when there's a new update.
