Hi, I'm new. Picked up my new GS yesterday.

Hi to everybody. I've been considering a GS for a long time now having done a few years of Enduro racing/Trail Riding and finally bit the bullet this week. I don't think I'll take this one off road but it's the riding position I like. I traded a Harley FatBoy for the GS which I loved but never rode so I didn't have to polish it. I live in Gloucester and work in Camberley when I go into the office. I've found a lot of the information on these forums very useful and will look to others for guidance on sensible mods etc.

Welcome, it's a great site, and you have chosen a great bike mate.

I have only had mine since Dec, had an RT before. I love the thing, only problem is i love it so much i am going through that 'dont want it to get dirty' thing at the moment, although that will pass??

Didnt feel like that about the RT???
