going to nice, france, in june, can anyone recommend any cheap/ reasonable hotels in the town centre or the beach areas. thinking of staying for 3/4 nights. thanks

I have not stayed in Nice but have travelled all over France using the Logis de France hotels, they are usually family run and reasonable value, we have never turned up at one we pre-booked and not liked it. Have a look here http://www.logis-de-france.fr/uk/index.htm

Have stopped at the Felix Beach which is cheap, for Nice, clean, tea making facilities (which is why we chose it), very central but rather basic and has no parking.
Take your pick.
