Hi All,

I'm so pleased I've found this forum...seems a fantastic bunch on here!

I am new to GS's, bought a 1995 1100GS yesterday and loving it already! The guy I bought it from said it would take about 3 months to get used to it, but for some reason within about 5 miles I was grinning and really enjoying it!

I'm up in the Grampian area so some cracking roads here. Also have a Triumph Sprint ST 1050.

Anyway, quick hello from me :) and I'm sure I'll be posting some stupid questions soon!

Plenty Tosser's in your area check out the Scottish section for ride outs etc

welcome tim i worked up there for three years (not on the rigs) lived in stonehaven also stayed in mary coulter lovely area still get up there now and again

Excellent choice of bike - the 1100 is easily the most superior GS out there. Enjoy the ride!! :thumb
