yep-6`4, and my knees dont fit under the cutouts in the "tank". I didnt know the high seet was standard-any other ideas?

You could maybe try the Touratech stuff, but may be a bit pricey;
"Kit Footpegs" @ £60 odd
These footpegs have proved to be reliable at our rally events.
They offer considerably wider foot base support and also allow longer distances to be covered while standing on the footpegs.
These footpegs also provide more grip as the grip studs have very sharp edges.
or the "Kit Footpeg relocation kit" @ £160 odd
Replace the original footpegs with our QL footpeg system.
Advantages:
Rugged footpeg mounts,white plastic coated. Extra large footpeg rest.
The footpegs are moved to a more comfortable position for hips and knees. The standing position is considerably improved which is important for rallies.
The system comes supplied with:
Brake and gear levers (QL footpeg system only)
No-one makes a footpeg lowering kit, like Verholen (or however you spell it) do for the 1150, for the 650 as far as I'm aware.
If it is a raised seat, you could still get it Melvin'd which can add height - £160 I think, and then you can have a comfy gel saddle & pick your saddle height as they're done individually.
