The Longest Day

Don't know if you have noticed but that damp patch on the tar looks like a map of Britain must be fate.:thumb

I had a potato that looked like Jesus once.

Good luck on your trip and hope you raise plenty of bucks:clap

Funny...you're not the first person to notice that!

Saying that you'd be surprised (or maybe not) how many people don't notice it at all!

:beerjug:

We are on the final countdown for this so i thought I would give it a bit of a bump. Only 11 days to go and the XRV forum is buzzing with excitment. There are 45 riders starting at JOG so it's giong to be a mammoth ride. All to raise money for MacMilllan cancer nurses

There's even a few of us doing the ride on Beemers....so no excuse not to put your hands in your pockets ladies and gents!

Looking forward to that first  at Lands End already!

Well you'll all be pleased to know (or alternatively entirely disinterested) that a BMW scooped "First Place" on The Longest Day run from John O'Groats to Lands End on Saturday. Ok, so it wasn't a race...but somebody had to arrive first. Oh, that was me by the way :clap

Depart 0402, arrive 1713, 891 miles, average speed 66.7mph. 13 hours 11 minutes.

Donations accepted until August 21st...go on, bung us a fiver :augie
