Does anybody know anything about these people?

I did go over there and speak to a couple of their customers who seemed happy.

Please don't warn them I'm coming!!!!!

Seemed OK -I nearly bought a new Pan on import from them but the part-ex was derisory. More Boycie than BM so you should be happy enough

I'm sure that won't happen if they are normal reasonable human beings and are prepared to discuss any issues I have with their service!

Not at all 6x, I've had disputes with other companies in the past, notably the AA and Mercedes Benz; Both of whom addressed the issues and neither of which I now entertain any anomosity towards. In fact if you ask people to tell you when they have experienced good service, you will normally find that something had to go wrong for the company to give what has been perceived as good service.

I am always reasonable when I get treated reasonably!

I don't hate them. The GS is an awsome bike. As I still have one (until tomorrow if all goes well), I hang around this forum. Even afterwards, I guess I'll still hang around to socialise and let a few new people know how I was treated.

Why do you call yourself "professional boxer" do you work in a garage, dealership or some other professional capacity connected with boxers?

Don't worry, I won't hold that against you. I'm sure not all dealers give the level of service I experienced. Which one do you work at?

I have said before & will say again I would rather people did not know which dealer I worked for. I do not want people to think I just joined as a cynical attempt to attract more business.

OK, well I've just sold my GS and the guy reckons he'll be taking it to Southport for servicing so look after him if that's where you are.

I'm sure not all dealers treat the customer in the way I was treated!
