welding on f800gs

so winter is now apon us here in British Columbia Canada. I want to build some crash bars and a skid plate. Now i know from fabricating on other bikes the easiest was to fab up parts is right on the bike.\

So here is the question. Im going to be welding using TIG. What HAS to be disconected on the bike so not to destroy things like the abs.... This is a question i dont want to phone bmw and ask

Disconnect/remove anything that looks electronic!


Make sure you have a perfect earth to the bike, close to where you are planning to weld.
