Dainese Gore tex kit

Got the NECK jacket and Galveston trousers for daily use.

The neck thing on the jack is not noticeable whilst riding, but when putting the jacket on, the damn thing always gets caught. Have to flap around like a mad chicken to get the thing the right place. With heated vest it's toasty warm. Although when I rode in sub zero temperatures back from "Scotland" the other week. The toasty warm lasted about 45 minutes.

The trousers are good. Quite warm with the liner.


Will get to find out how waterproof it all is on Monday morning

I liked the idea of the neck brace and the jacket being a lami, but tbh when I tried it on I just found it too much of a pain in the arse, as you say every bloody time it's a fiddle, that and the absolutely ridiculous neck collar fastener.

Pity as it felt good on and looked great, but the fastener really pout me off and the brace being a fiddle sealed it.

UPDATE ..

Galveston trousers - everything except the pockets are waterproof .. so your wallet gets wet

Neck jacket - very waterproof but I hope that would be the case for a new jacket
