Serow lowering......

....is it feasible???
...And any advice on the best way of going about it please....ideally an inch or two, would be good......

Sarah Teach has a Serow 250 (I think there's a few pics on here somewhere) and when we got I reduced the rear spring preload and slid the forks through the yokes by about 25mm.
She is 5'2" and it is perfect for her now.
