I think we all know we're mortal and that feck-ups happen. What galled me was the number of crashes that were down to a moron running a red light, pulling out or turning without looking. The average driver apparently spends 0.3 secs checking before he or she pulls out of a junction.

Some proper shit riding there. The top three being the two who decided to overtake right on top of a junction and the nutter getting his knee down on the slip road, only to loose it and get ran over by some poor bugger minding their own business.
