I have a 'special set' of panniers for my 1150 GSA and want to fit a stubby exhaust. Not really a problem, but I would like to fit a non cut-out panner to the side too.

I can buy a loop from TT but I can't weld for toffee (or bend steel) so anyone able/willing to look at my existing rack and craft something together that is a mirror of the other side if you know what I mean?

Cheers.

And maybe an aluminium 'dirty box' to fit under my RH TT panier as well?

Watch out for the seat lock when you move your racks in closer Techno. I had to modify my rack to give room to get the key in.

Aidan, my 1150 lock is on the other side down near the footrest so it wasn't a problem....

It's a simple job to 'bring in' the frame, but don't forget you'll need to shorten the strengthening crossbar that goes behind the number plate as well (IIRC)

Locks

The lock by the footrest should br the helmet lock not the seat.

It's for an adventure, so no lock access problem. Who made that rack for you?
