Just had the first service on my adventure at BVM Stroud, two recalls were noted on the service sheet for attention and ready to be checked when I took the bike in on Thursday (11-03-04).

Really friendly staff, free cup of coffee and they cleaned the bike (knocked my street cred a little having a clean adventure).

BVM also fitted my s/h pannier rails and key coded the locks on my s/h panniers (neither bought from BVM) and along with the service the total cost was £00.00p, zilch, nothing.

I can only highly recommend BVM and thank those who recommended them to me.

I'll second that!

Whenever I've dealt with Tim, Bob or John at BVM I've felt more like a friend than a 'buyer'.

Good help, advice and a distinct feeling that they were looking after me 1st & them 2nd - which is getting pretty rare these days.

(Bob J, good to hear you are 'back in the saddle' again!)

Cannot find any complaints about BVM on this site.....they must be good!
I certainly find them very impressive......Glad they put your rails on Bob..........you are right that is almost a definition of laziness!
Having said that I am ashamed to say I had to get help from the AA to change my headlamp bulb recently..............
