Will this carb fit?

I have a 2004 DRZ400 SM, and am having problem with the fuelling, I am a mechanincal numpty - however I have found a cheap DRZ400 SM 2007 Carb that I would like to swap over.

Two questions :

1. Can the 2 models interchange their carbs ?
2. Is this an easy job for a numpty? , Is there anything I should particularly watch out for?
