hi all,

when my ttr2 is in the cradle, it loses b/tooth connection to the nolan n-com helmet. i find that this is made worse when the telephone ( nokia 6230) is connected. when the unit is off the cradle, all seems to work fine.when in the cradle, and no power cable connected, seems to work ok ish. can anyone tell me what the function is of the 2 centre pins on the standard ttr2 bike cradle?? outer 2 are pos and neg connection.

cheers,

pete. also, where can i find a new ttr2 bike cradle??

I think the one 2nd from left is the one that senses the movement on the bike and defaults to safe mode. On the TT1 I used to tape it off to get all the functions

Ok I was nearly right its;

The one major difference is the safety screen activated once the motorbike is moving, this restricts the menu display to a limited feature set (although there is a simple fix, simply stick some tape across pin 2 f the RIDER itself (second from left as viewed from the rear) which disables this 'feature'.

fitted new cradle to the bike,all sorted.as i thought, something in the cradle stopping it from working.
