The acctually did me a deal on this one making it out of a tougher and more flexible plastic - I'd ring and ask Neil for a price.

Fitting required 4 holes in the XC light unit - if you take the link to the other post you'll see where through the frosted acrylic screen.

I have 4 rubber grommets in the holes on the screen and used about 5mm of fuel pipe as a rubber spacer between that and the XC screen so when it all bolts together you have a rubber mounted screen - well that's how Richie Moore did it for me
