A few pics from my recent ride about Europe, came across this place by accident whilst going over the D76 south of Tournon. The Museum is half way up the mountain and the cemetary in the valley. A sobering, and apparently little visited, place indeed ....

yes there is some interesting stuff around there that I found whilst staying at the motocamping site in 2004.

Some gliders that the Germans used to attack resistance fighters and some horrid before and after summary justice pictures of local men.

I think there were three large museums and also several sections in local town ones.

nice area - Mt Ventoux well worth a trip
