Heres the picture of the mount, can't remember what part number the ramball was but you'll need to put a metric thread on it the same as the clamp bolt, I used the long ramarm to clear the handlebar crossbar, if you don't have one the short arm would be ok.

Thanks for the advice. Where did you get the ram ball and stud from and how did you change the thread to metric...presumably take it to an engineering firm?? What size did you buy.. ..

I can't remember the size buts it's a standard size ball, I retapped it myself, not a hard job to do, think it's an M8 thread you need, if your really stuck and you want one doing send me the ramball and I'll do it for you.
