Hi Chaps,
I m down in Southern Spain at the moment. Not sure if any of you have rideen around here on the main roads, but my HP2 is slidding around the roads like a pissed ice skater. I have the Continental Road Attacks on th SM rims, but he bike is wallowing around etc. Checked tyre pressures etc., and they seem OK, the tyres are half way through their life etc., but I am having a real hard time tring to keep up with my brother on his Triumph Tiger 955. Any clues? The roads do seem to be greasy here, maybe it is just the top heavy nature of th HP2 and the loss of the extra gyroation of the 21" front wheel that is mking it feel so clumbsy, the diving front forks don't seem to help either!

Was the bike okay before?

check the oil levels in forks, seals etc. replace with heavier weight if it needs it? temperature can make the front end softer as oil is thinner or throw the springs away and get progressive ones from wilbers

actually throw the air shock away as well and stick a wilbers in there too.
