Myself and a couple of colleagues are flying out to Memphis to do something REALLY stupid....
We're going to skydive out of a plane at 30,000ft.
Never mind the 190mph descent, or the -55C temperatures as we exit the plane... Ignore the lack of oxygen and the 3 1/2 minute freefall.
It's all to support Dreamflight, a British Airways run charity to send seriously disabled and terminally ill children on the holiday of a lifetime to Florida. The aircraft are all crewed by volunteers, flown by volunteers etc. but there are costs involved in taking these kids away.
We're aiming to raise £5k to support them so please give generously...
