If anyone wants any spacers made I may be able to help - fill in the attached form, scan it and fax or email it back and I'll get back to you with a posted price within a few days.
Not expecting to make any money from this - just trying to help out whilst covering costs.....I'd recommend buying a cheap set of digital Vernier Calipers or even a small steel rule to measure.
