Looks OK I suppose but HTF do they get to $65000
That's rather nice. Rear spring looks a bit flimsy though, and you'd have to bin the mudguard and hugger if you wanted to put TKCs on. 
I think it is an EXile (Russell Mitchell) one off, built for Discovery Channel?

you could build a lookalike,
easy enough and a damn site cheaper

It's an Excile bike, they can charge what they want

to much chrome for me i'm sure the fork legs could be black

Exile now making bits for stock Harleys, seems the recession is biting hard in the US and maybe TV reality shows have run their course, it's a shame because Russell Mitchell's bikes are great and of course he's a Brit!
