A while ago I went to look at a Moto Guzzi and ended up buying this on the spur of the moment as well as what I went to see.

It was love at first site. It's incomplete, totally non std, needs a lot of work, I didn't even hear it run, probably paid too much for it but I just had to have it. I don't even know the exact spec of it yet.

ooh :drool:drool is it a lemans with a few extras??? or have i been caught out and am drooling over some tarts handbag shite :D need more pictures.

What do you reckon a 1978 Ducati Darmah (Black/Gold) is worth in similar condition..... call it 'a project'....:nenau

I'm a bit too far away to get some more pics. It is a Le Mans engine, close ratio straight cut gearbox and twin headlight fairing. The tank is a work of art and the work done so far is to a high standard. It comes from a very knowledgable Guzzi specialist.
He's now finishing a V7.

I'll try and make the back end look like this one spotted in Dijon a few years back.

The other bike I picked up.

Darmah or DarmahSS?

Now, there's the thing.......

It is a naked bike, no nose fairing, but it has 40mm Dels with bells and the right manifold/stud spacing as the DSS.....

I'll try and dig up some pics.....

You are mixing with bad company!

When are you home again Dave ???
I'm interested in that shed of an RT/Rs you had lying around :augie:augie

I might be back for a few days around the beginning of Nov. The R80 RS with a spare RT fairing with it is still in the garage.
Got a nice Sprinter312D (sleeper pod, box body+ramp+towbar) sitting around if you ever need to move a load of bikes. :augie

I think it's a "Big Dug" 6 shelf unit, be able to see more if you moved the pile of chrome and red shite out of the way.
But your correct about non standard, the blue finish was never an option in the 6 shelf unit.

Why not put a post on the Guzzie site someone (?) will rip your arm off for thirty qids worth of spares.

Lovely
Own a 1989 Lemon looks like the exhausts are Lafraconi replicas very loud:eek:
Mine as you can see are rusty originals with very little internals:augie:D

I have to partake of Guzzi ownership one day:)

Did you order those burner upgrades Rob?
