Garmin plug wobbles around in car power skt

Hi,
I use my Garmin 2720 quite a lot in my car but the power plug wobbles around in the FIAT cig lighter socket. Anyone else have this problem ?

As the 2720 doesn't have a battery it keeps losing power and restarting.

What about getting a cigarette socket doubler and plugging the GPS into that? Then you'll just wear out the doubler, and not the car bit.

I haven't worn it out, the plug was always loose in the cig lighter socket. It's the same in our Mini cig lighter too.

Just wrap soe black electrical tape around the plug above the contacts. Sorted.
