am I stupid?

hello,
my 2002 ktm 200exc has a larger tank fitted, 13litres I think. I noticed that the lower righthand side of the tank had fuel in it that appeared to have no way of draining out? During routine maint last night I drained the tank and removed the fuel tap. However I STILL have a pocket of almost a litre of fuel in this area of the tank. Can someone please shed some light on this please? thanks

The fuel tap's on the left, just lean the bike right over to the left to slosh the fuel over towards the tap. Think of it as an extra reserve.

hi cheers for the reply. ye I knew i could lie the bike flat on its left side, although i didnt think that would have been the only way. ok thanks ;-)

Also bouncing around off road will splash it over to the LHS - well all but a few drops perhaps.
