WSB assen 23-25 april 2010

Hi there
i'v got some time off in april and am looking to do a bit of touring not really fussed where as long as there are some decent a roads and also go to the wsb in assen in april leaving on the thursday 22th taking a couple of days to get there and see a few sights arriving friday afternoon to get the lie of the land then see practice saturday then race on sunday and returning on the monday 26th or maybe stey on a few days and do a bit more exploring.

never done the trip before and wondering does any one fancy it or have any idea of route and things of intrest on the way.

also after advice on campsites nearby or cheap hotels nearby.

Hotel is in a nice town 50-60 minutes from Assen Circuit, if want the party book something in Groningen (which will be pricey)

Underground parking available about 300 metres from hotel FOC.

If you are going Harwich to the Hook do the night boat as the day crossing is long and boring.

Stayed several times before, 20 mins from circuit and bowling alley in the hotel.

As for touring around pass on that one we just go straight there on Friday and home on Monday.
