Crash Scene Management

Sounds good

Sounds like a good idea.

We covered, crash scene management in our FBOS - First Bike On Scene forst aid course;

http://www.fbos.co.uk/firstbikeonscene.asp

Not free, alas, but pretty cheap and covers fist aid too and rider specifics like safe, proper way to remove helmet and when and when not too.

Well worth doing for all bikers I think really. :rob

Just to let you know - the FBOS course is free - well it is if you decide to do it as part of a BikeSafe course taken in North Wales.

Group bookings

Yes, free if your a resident in north wales.

But I organised a couple of sessions for folks off here, and got a good price at the time. Worked out about £30 a head or so and we did the course at the fire centre at Colwyn Bay.

Very well run course. The chap who was in charge was most helpful and the fire guys put on bacon sandwiches too.

I think we had about 12 of us or so off here, who did it. Seriously a very good course.

Hi Rocks,

Things have changed !! The BikeSafe course is now free to anyone (and I mean anyone !) who takes the course in North Wales - whether they live in North wales or not (as long as they haven't taken a course previously - ie free only once)

If you require confirmation contact Steve Green or Paul Chesire http://www.bikesafe.co.uk/Bikesafe/Bikesafe2000/wales/northwales/Northwales.html

Free- thats good

Cheers.. it used to cost if you lived out side the county.
Bit of bargain if its free for all now! :thumb

I have done the fbos, but not the bike safe. But I know the bikesafe is a good course. I used to see Paul Cheshire about a fair bit, but not lately.
