A software update is available

Everytime I go to the 'My Dashboard" screen on the Garmin website it claims that their is a software update available even though I have the latest (3.50) and have gone through the motions several times to make sure there are no missing help files etc.

Anybody else getting this and know how to stop it?

I get it as well, it seems to be the help files update to version 3.30 ? I've tried it via the webupdater update tool (which tells you what is changing) and the mygarmin website which just says update available, but neither have completed to the point that removes whatever flag says its needed even though the updates complete without error.
