cant extract map updates

Hi I have just bought life time map updates for my ZUMO 550 via garmins web site, and when I try to down load the application it fails to open.

I will try and phone them Monday but in the mean time was wondering if anyone could help.

The message I get on my computer is

Application has generated an exception that could not be handle

Manage to sort some of it out and get a bit further BUT, when I try now I get a message saying Can't connect to server, make sure I have an internet connection. Which I have, going to give up for now and try later, unless I have not got an internet connection in which case no one will be reading this because I have not posted it

Sorted now, after alot of goggling. I had to update my Microsoft .NET framework Client profile. It is loading now, started 3 hours ago
