BOLT. Banjo bolt.

I was fitting an oil cooler and the banjo bolt that comes with has a check valve ball bearing in, well I pinched it up and it went snap! :blast

Does anyone know where I might get a replacement ? The parts are from the states, I'm not sure if it specifically made or they are common part, it's a metric standard size, but with a floating bbearing. I presume it's a one way valve.

I'm sure that many dealers would post a new banjo to you. I've certainly used the Jersey dealer to e-mail a part to me.

You might want to use a manual to illustrate the exact part you want.

It's off an after Market oil cooler. Not produced by Ktm
Unfortunatly it didn't come with a manual. And it looks like it's a bespoke banjo bolt made in the states iv contacted the manufacturer and am awaiting a reply. I thought there might be somewhere in the uk that does them. It's a standard metric bolt for a banjo except it has a ball bearing in to act as a one way valve.

Can you find a picture to show me?
Demon Tweeks sell oil line spares, and also try Mocal or Aeroquip pages....

You could try your local hydraulic specialist (see yellow pages)- someone like hose doctor/hyphose might be able to help.

failing that you could you not use a standard banjo and a seperate non-return valve?

what size is the banjo?

is this the same size and the normal brake line banjo's?

what is the hose size that comes off it?
