Next week Lucy and Shelley are cycling 55 miles from Brecon to Cardiff along the Taff's Trail. This is part of a longer week long ride from Holyhead to Cardiff (I'm joining the ride myself also at Aberystwyth on Thursday and cycling the route to Cardiff).
We're all cycling in aide of the 100th Anniversary of RNID-Action on Hearing Loss. Hearing loss is often a forgotten cause, yet it affects so many us. RNID - Action on Hearing Loss has achieved a great deal in the last 100 years, but there is still so much more to be done. By supporting us and donating to this worthy cause you will be helping 9 million people in the UK who are deaf or hard of hearing.
By supporting us through Virgin Money Giving all donations will be quickly processed and passed to RNID. Please dont forget to add gift aid to your donation - it means we can claim 25% of your donation back from the government at no extra cost to you!
