TE449 v G450X Engine

Just wondered if anyone knows how much has been changed on the TE449 engine from what BMW had, asside from the 6 speed box?

I asked as I wonder if its cheaper to get Husky parts for it

I did call a husky dealer and I got "na mate its completely different" which I dont think is quite the case...
