That was worth every penny of the asking price until you read the bit that says 'part of the bike will be retained after sale (the headstock)', then you realise it's not a bargain at all

I think the title of this post is very accurate .....Optimism indeed......
£350 is a more realistic price for the burnt out Harley and as for the other advert, I'm running as fast as I can. (away from it, that is)

Sadly, a lot of simple minded souls still labor under the mistaken assumption that any Harley is
a). Always worth tons of money,
b). Will never depreciate, and
c). Is ultimately desirable...
