No fix but charge 180f

Hi, I just got info from Mick Kendrick Independent BMW specialist Sunderland.
After 2 weeks bike is not fix, hi said bike need BMW Diagnostic connection because his diagnostician can't detect any problem and charge me 180F but is not fix

So now I have to pay Bmw sunderland 100F per h for conection to diagnostic PC

what do You thing about that ??

I think he is a cheeky sod, I can't charge my customers unless I fix it.
Can't imagine which he wants paying in Francs though?

I did not pay him yet but that what he wont.

Bike transport form My to his garage 40F + 40F for pick up to my =80f and Yes I agree to pay that but not extra 100F.

How I can sort this out nicely ??

Milage ~1500 (~45 h)
Full Service History
Last Service on 1350 in BMW
Oils and filters at 1450 by Moto garage
All recall done.
ECU update no required.



The problem is "Start the bike" hot our cold


The story;

Bike Works perfect (always start first time) till one day...now I can't start my bike, since I ride last Sunday and stop engine with gear on, try to check loose between chain and SPROCKET I push bike on gear forward and back (now I know that was stupid) after this I try start the bike but (WOW) something is wrong it;s takes much longer then before to start then when it's start the Idle is higher then before and engine is not running smoothly.

Why It's that happened? Because I push bike forward and back? I damage something ??
What I Can do ?
Ps.
I charge the battery but it's still the same
I try push kill button button
I check the connectors.
I got new spark for replacement but I call BMW service and gay told that can't be spark...



Email from Mick Kendrick Independent BMW specialist:

"I've checked valve clearance-OK,compression seems OK,i,ve checked stator-they sometimes come loose-ok,there is a spark at the coil.my diagnostic computer did not show any faults in the system."

also Hi told Me:
... it must be ECU because bike start yesterday and work ok but when hi try to start again bike fail again.
ECU need update by BMW I can't do it on my PC.

Answer from BMW today;

All recall done.
ECU update was only for older version from 2008 so MICK was wrong!!

Mike don't know and Bmw cooper don't now

BMW service said is unknown issue and have to bring same bike to workshop to try swap injector housing but why I need replace injector housing with cost 511 Pounds if my by just injector? so I ask that and answer from BMW is because main BMW service recommitted that ??? wtf?? how thy know what need to be replace if that is unknown issue. ??

how dare you slag me off like this,your bike ended up at coopers because of advice i took from paul sharman regarding ecu updates etc.which my computer could not do.however your bike ended up needing a major engine strip revealing a number of faults.YOU HAVE NOT PAID A PENNY OF MY BILL WHICH INCLUDED 2 RECOVERIES AND 8 HOURS OF MY TIME.FUNNY,WHEN I PICKED THE BIKE UP I REMEMBER YOU SAYING YOU HAD VERY LIMITED FUNDS.YOU OBVIOUSLY DON,T HAVE ANY.IS THIS HOW YOU BEHAVE IN YOUR OWN COUNTRY---I DON,T THINK SO.

Tell him to go back whence he came and get HU flung dung to fix it
