Are feeling a bit grippy, like a high spot on the disk , if you know what I mean. Its like as the wheel turns under braking it hits a high spot or warped part and the front end of the bike dips. If that makes sense. Its more noticable at slower speeds in traffic and the bike ends up bobbing up and down as the wheel turns
The disks look good with plenty of life left on them . will replacing bobins and washers fix this or is it likely to be warped discs :nenau:nenau .
Anyone else experienced this ?? Bike is a 2000 plate 1150 .

Simple check for warped discs or even a buckled wheel,

Unbolt the calipers, so the f/wheel can rotate unimpeaded
Spin the f/wheel and hold a pen or even your finger just off the rotating surface and look

Also what pads are you running, and are you heavy on the front brakes

HTH

Cheap/free experiment, check the bobbins to see if they are worn and the disc holes to see if they are worn, if the bobbins are worn replace them but rotate them so the worn edges are not in contact with the holes then try the brakes, if they dont pulse theres your problem.
