Luggage looks a bit pants.

But should handle well now they have fitted 19" front wheel and with it weighing in at 235kgs fully fuelled !!

And with 150bhp and 125nm torque compared to new GS 125bhp and 98 nm it should go rather well

it sure wont win any beauty prizes :eek

You are of course kidding :eek (and you own a Crosstourer :blast).

Reckon it looks lovely and could well be a serious antiodote to the new uber complex GS (as much as I'm liking the new GS).

If I look to replace my GS in the next two years then both this and the GS should have 'settled down' and I reckon it'll be a straight choice between the two...........bring it on :)

Deadly serious :aidan

Any company that gives the thumbs up to panniers like those :blast:blast:blast

Looks very nice!

Does it have servo brakes?? Saw this in the info on their site:

» When the front brake lever is actuated, the rear brake is always applied purposefully in parallel in order to optimise ride stability when braking

I do hope not :blast Mind you, they can still be linked without a servo :)

Mind you, it does have a 'servo fan' what ever one of those is

Hang on Trev - Have you seen the Honda panniers? They use zips, and look more Luis Vuitton than Metal Mule.

Zips!

KTM looks good, but they should give the option of 17" front wheel, and wider road rubber (a la Multistrada)

It's not cheap though,when specced up :

But the R has nicer ally panniers :

Will definitely try one but think I'll stick with my 950SE !!

Very nice.

If I had the money to spunk on a new bike today, then subject to a test ride for ergonomics, the KTM is well ahead of the 1200 wc for me right now :blast

All academic really, as I don't. :beerjug:

It probably does, but I'm pretty certain from the artifacts around the image and the incorrect lighting that it's a photoshopped pic :(

As nice as it will be, anyone spending nearly £16k on this needs their head tested.:rob Have you seen how much KTM's lose?:blast
