Had to get a few service items for the new toy today, so dropped into McCallen..

10 / 10 to the Alan on the service desk.... nothing too much trouble and extremely helpful... (i did have to pay though:blast)

I'm quick to slag them off if their "shite", so fairs, fair :D
 
He's a good lad, recently had an EMS warning light on my Bonneville which I couldn't figure out. He got the boys round the back to hook it up to the diagnostics and they re-set a sensor. Meanwhile Alan got me a coffee, had a chat then wheeled the bike round again - 'No charge,' sez he :thumb

Allan is in a league of his own. An Asset to any Bike store .
And i probably am not the easiest customer to deal with !....
