It's looking decidedly battered so I'm thinking about getting it recovered. Have been tempted by the Renazco seats:

But it's pricey, takes a long time (meaning I'll be without use of the bike) and needs to be booked a long time in advance. And while the suede covering looks great, is it practical for British weather?

Who has recovered their seat? And if so, who did you go with? Any pics?

My Q - Tech seat is being done now - should be back this week (droped in last week to a place recomend in Bladock)

Part of it will be a water proof suede type material

don't yet know the price as they might bput a gel pad in for me

guy just north of Durham - amazing work. Did my GSA seat in monochrome and its perrrrfect.
Very tidy and only cost £40.

Tough material too. :D

I've know Dave for ever and he does a pretty good job in my opinion, mainly cars but he's done bike stuff for me and a few others....

Did you get your HP seat done?

Depending on what you want to spend, you can still get a new one of these beauties:thumb

Did you get your HP seat done?

he did my 400 and I've recommend them to a few on here 1150's and 1200 seats...

they do good work on cars and would be best to call hem for a chat...:thumb2

I have used Digger Seats in Newport a couple of times and found him very good and fairly quick, possibly because I delivered/collected the seats as I live in Newport (www.diggerseats.co.uk/)

Had my Fazer seat recovered and my GSA seat re-shaped/lowered!!

Very happy with both jobs.

Mav, I have a mate in Weston Sub Edge who would do you a cracking job at a sensible price. He makes up interiors for custom cars.

The did the seats on my GSA and they are superb:thumb
