Wanted.. Good Greasy Spoon in Derby

Going to the Winter Beer Festival in Derby on Friday afternoon/evening.

What I need is a recommendation for a good breakfast on Saturday morning.. you know, big fry-up, but quality stuff, not "value" sausages
The Festival is at The Roundhouse, near the station, but anywhere on the East/South side of Derby would be great

As far as the breakfast was concerned, yes.. I wish we could have gone to the Cafe Hockley and met up with some other Tossers.

As far as the beer is concerned, you'd have to go a long way to beat Derby for a pub crawl, not to mention the Winter Beer Festival (damn! I told myself not to mention that )
