Had a blast, 9000km, got to the south east of Bulgaria via Romania and Hungary before heading back through Serbia, Montenegro etc

Ill do a bit of copy and paste, took many nights to upload the pics elsewhere

14 countries, 9000+km, 95% blue skies

And we are away, passing Roches Point on the Cork Roscoff ferry

Full steam ahead, leaving Ireland in its wake

Heading east, somewhere south of Paris, avoided most cities, stuck to main roads for about 80% of the trip

La Roche aux Fées
Giant megalithic passage grave (30km) southeast of Rennes

Spent two nights camping in France before heading to the Czech Republic via Stuttgart in Germany

Triumph Stuttgart, need to replace the sidestand, indicator lens and clutch lever that cracked off when the bike fell over due to been tied down to heavily by the workers on the ferry, bike sorted in under an hour, spent one night camping in Germany and got out of it rapidly, roads were absolutely full to capacity with holiday goers

Brief stop at Prague to collect a pair of Ray Ban sunglasses left by mistake with some local radio ham operators last visit

Stayed at a biker campsite in the small village of Ondrejov, south east of Prague, spent a few days there spinning around and visiting 4 different motorcycle museum mostly featuring Jawa's, took lots of photos :lbhbh:

VHF ham radio contest station, some friends built this

Rode through Slovakia and onto Hungry, not impressed bar this fine biker campsite in the middle of Budapest right next to the metro

On to Romania with some trepidation I must say, what a surprise, incredible people and country, full marks here, would/will return asap

The Transalpina pass Romania......

Brand new road !!!! not complete yet, surface is perfect though

Ranca, new town, its not even on the latest GPS maps

Local people were great, well educated, great English, everything was cheap and of good quality

Cheers lads, here are the rest, scenery was pretty amazing, Romania, Serbia, Montenegro and the Czech Republic being the highlights

On to Serbia, met some great people, one cop especially on an Aprillia who stopped for a good chat, most people here, like the rest of east Europe I visited had great English, beautiful country and great roads, delighted I diverted to here

Nis Red Cross WW2 Concentration camp, closed when I visited

Mountain pass not far off the others ive been to
R-21B Serbia

Alpine flowers at those altitudes, beats the motorway any day

One of Europe's oldest settlements and home to over 300 people, 4500BC in Provadia near Varna in Bulgaria

TripAdvisor was great, sorted out many an attraction, stone forest included

Heard the racket before seeing them in the valley below

Back to Montenegro

Class road, you wont be doing 150mph on it for sure

Overnight stay, 16 euro !!!!

Italian bikers on tour

Bosnia and Herzegovina, another place id have stayed longer in but time was pressing on and there was a ferry to catch

Tried unsucessfully to cross the border here but was not allowed, had to take a much longer more southerly route, got a green card at the border as didnt have one with me, 21 euro for three days

Mostar, put it on your must visit list, and I dont mean via aircraft

Its most famous, rebuilt in 2004 after the Serbs destroyed it in the war

Serbs used this building to shoot at people in the Muslim sector during the war, got a good tour and history from the niece of the owner of the place I stayed in, great kid

Secondary school attended by Muslims, Croats and Serbs, funny that none of the Serb children came to school on the day the shells started to rain down on Mostar

Think the Catholics were trying to outdo the Muslims when they built this church with a ridiculously high spire

Crossed the Rhone, serious desire to shag off work and return there again

My accommodation and nothing wrong with it, happy to leave the tent on the bike for a night or two

Plenty room for sheltered camping here
